Emotions are not a weakness—they’re part of being human.
This men’s group offers a space to slow down, reflect, and better understand your emotional world. Designed for men ages 21–30, the group focuses on emotional acceptance, self-awareness, and connection in a supportive, culturally responsive environment.
Growth happens when we feel safe enough to be honest.
Do I have to talk or share personal details every session?
No. Sharing is always your choice. Many participants start by listening and gradually share more as they feel comfortable. There is no pressure to disclose anything before you’re ready.
What if I don't know how to put my feelings into words?
That’s completely okay—and very common. Part of the group is learning how to identify and name emotions. You don’t need the “right” words to participate.
What kinds of topics will be discussed?
Topics may include emotional expression, masculinity and social expectations, stress and burnout, shame and vulnerability, relationships, identity, and coping with life transitions. Topics are guided by a weekly theme while still allowing space for what members bring in.

Yes. This group is facilitated with cultural awareness and respect for each person’s lived experience. Men of diverse backgrounds, identities, and experiences are welcome.

This group is for mothers and new moms who are navigating emotional, identity, or life changes related to motherhood. Participants may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from themselves, or simply seeking community and support.
Do I need to be a new mom to join?
No. This group is open to mothers at various stages of motherhood. While some topics focus on early motherhood, the themes are relevant to many stages of parenting.
Is this group therapy or a support group?
This is a therapeutic support group facilitated by a licensed mental health professional. While it is not a substitute for individual therapy, it provides emotional support, psychoeducation, and guided discussion in a group setting.
What if I'm not comfortable sharing in group?
That’s completely okay. Participants are never required to share. You are welcome to listen, reflect, and participate at your own pace.

We understand that motherhood can be unpredictable. While consistency is encouraged, occasional absences are okay. Group content builds weekly, so attending as many sessions as possible is recommended.
